Browns' WR Odell Beckham Jr. Excused From Practice Today

Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. missed practice Wednesday a day after his father posted an IG video offering a harsh critique on QB Baker Mayfield and accusing him of missing the receiver on purpose.

This development comes after the Browns were open to trade calls for Beckham but reached no deals according to ESPN’s Kimberly Martin.

According to a report by Micahel Silver head coach Kevin Stefanski told his team that Beckham “was no longer part of the Browns.” When asked to confirm the earlier report, Stefanski told reporters, "I would just tell you again. today he's excused and we'll see where it goes." 

Mayfield has yet to comment on the situation as his normal Wednesday media availability was postponed.
