NBA Reveals Final Top 75 Greatest Players: Kobe, Curry, Wilkins Highlights
The NBA commemorated its 75th anniversary season with its list of the top-75 greatest players, really 76 cause of a tie, in league history.
The voting was done by front office executives, coaches, current and former players, and the media. The league had begun revealing the players on the list in groups of 25 on Tuesday but now the complete list is out since last night.
Much was made about all 50 players from the 50th-anniversary team making the 75th-anniversary list on NBA Twitter. Feelings are the league has not “progressed” enough to get from under the past players who still have a grip on some media members. One noticeable name that was missing from the final reveal fans were hoping to see was Dwight Howard who certainly would qualify for such a reward with his stacked resume.
