Mercedes-Benz Stadium today is hosting the inaugural Black Sports Business Symposium powered by ESPN, a three-day event designed to create a more inclusive and equitable pro sports community for students, players, coaches and entrepreneurs. The BSBS was founded by Rams COO Kevin Demoff, HBCU Battle of the Brains Founder & Exec Dir Gregory Gibson Jr. and NFL Network’s Steve Wyche, and the event has support from multiple organizations including the Rams and AMB Sports & Entertainment. It features engagement with employers, panel discussions, workshops and speakers including Jackson State coach Deion Sanders. AMBSE Owner & Chair Arthur Blank is sponsoring the attendance of 100 students. The event is by invitation, but those can be requested here. Also, see the full agenda.
